Ouch

Muscles hurt that I didn't know I had. Third lap in the dark was fun but slow and exhausting. Sleep is my friend.

Wow !!!!!!!!!!
At least we didn't get an injury report. Lots of Advil (or generic IBP) does wonders with tight muscles. Hope you can sleep well.
